Baskets and new RFID sensor: greater versatility and control with the same Magni TH safety

Greater versatility at heights, with the same level of control and safety that defines Magni TH solutions: the combination of people-carrier baskets and the new-generation RFID sensor integrated into the Q-FIT system is designed to simplify the operators’ work, reduce set-up times and further elevate operational safety standards.

To best support operators with this new feature, Magni TH has produced a dedicated video tutorial, accessible directly via QR code: simply scan the code on the machine or on the information material to instantly view the online guide. The video provides operators with a clear and practical explanation of the main functions, from correct basket configuration to checking the information displayed on the touchscreen.

Magni TH baskets are available in various configurations, from more standard solutions to those specifically designed for specific applications. Fixed or rotating baskets, versions with different capacities and sizes, and variants created for maintenance, installation or façade work: the aim is to offer maximum adaptability to the working environment while maintaining high standards of stability and comfort for operators. Some of the platforms’ features include reinforced structures with non-slip flooring and, on some models, anti-shock systems designed to ensure smooth and controlled movements.

This wide range of baskets is complemented by the new RFID sensor for Q-FIT. The system can recognise the connected attachment and display useful information for correct and safe work management directly on the touchscreen: this includes tilt control and basket levelling even with the boom extended, allowing work to be carried out at heights with greater fluidity, with no need to retract the boom each time to perform the procedure.

Introduced in August 2025 on newly manufactured RTH and TH machines, and available as a retrofit upgrade for models with new cabs after 2023, the latest generation RFID sensors represent a tangible step forward towards smarter attachment management. In combination with Magni TH baskets, the result is a machine that rapidly changes roles depending on the attachment fitted, while always keeping the safety parameters and operating performance under control.

Thanks to the video tutorial accessible via QR code, the transition to this new way of working is even easier: in just a few minutes, the operator can familiarise themselves with the interface, learn about the operating logic of the RFID sensor, and make the most of the versatility of Magni TH baskets in any operating context.
